About Us

Eddie Proulx, co-owner of CDA Heating, is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in the industry. He entered the HVAC trade in 2003 at the age of 19, focusing on residential new construction installs and retro-fits. After eight years of residential work, he transitioned to commercial HVAC and gained extensive experience with various types of buildings, including schools, military base structures, hospitals, hangars, and grow rooms. You name it, he’s probably designed and installed HVAC systems for it.

In July 2022, after 19 years of being a top-performing employee, Eddie joined forces with Dale Thomas, the owner of Dale Thomas Plumbing, to launch their own HVAC company. They used their existing base in residential construction projects to quickly expand their business, becoming a dominant force in the industry. As long-time residents of CDA, both Eddie and Dale have a deep connection to their community and take pride in their trades.

Aside from his professional accomplishments, Eddie is also a devoted family man. He has been happily married to his wife Noelle since August 2008, and they have three daughters. When not working, the family enjoys spending time together boating, traveling, and laughing over meals.
